Gupta, Deputy Secretary to the Government of India told that there is Criminal Law Amendment Ordinance, 2018 that Death penalty is prescribed for persons involved in gang rape of a girl of age less than 12 Years.
The demand of PEACE INDIA fulfilled to provide adequate facilities & good satisfactory hygienic healthy foods to Paramilitary forces & Defense Personnel, also enquire the matter which is raised by BSF Constable regarding the poor & unhygienic food provided to the soldiers.
PEACE INDIA (NGO) got positive response & action from MINISTRY of ELECTRONIC & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION , Government of India as they are taking action in petition of PEACE INDIA for DEMAND TO BAN THE POSTING/COMMENTS OF ANTI SOCIAL COMMUNAL & HATRED RELIGIOUS POST in Facebook, whatsapp & social media & STRICT ACTION ON IT & also to implement special law/act on it to take strict action on it.
